Fees

We have no additional charges to our hourly rate. All food and activities are inclusive.
Parents to provide nappies and wipes.
If additional hours are required, they will be charged at our hourly rate, please check prices and hours list in our Prospectus.
Please note: If any additional costs are requested at any time it is a voluntary contribution.
Funding
We offer government funded places (if eligible).
We offer places that are available whether you are a fee paying parent or funding only.
Government funding is based on term-time only although we do offer stretched entitlement. The number of hours per week will be governed by how may weeks are in the term.
The health of your child is of prime concern as is their happiness and education. Any dietary requirements will be strictly adhered to and only healthy meals will be provided at all times.
Early Year Entitlement
Children from the term after they are nine months old until the term of their third birthday are eligible for up to 30 hours of funded childcare a week, as long as their parents meet the eligibility criteria – Check you’re eligible for free childcare if you’re working – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
These hours per week are based on children attending term time only. Hours per week would be reduced, if children attend for the whole year.
Funded childcare for families who receive additional government support (formerly known as the disadvantaged two-year-olds entitlement)
Any child who qualifies under the eligibility criteria (as shown on Hillingdon Council’s Website) will be eligible from the term after their second birthday.
Funded childcare for all three- and four-year-olds, from the term after their third birthday
All three-and-four-year-olds can receive up to 15 hours of funded childcare, from the term after their third birthday.
For funding purposes, there are a maximum of:
- 13 weeks in the Summer term if funding is offered term-time only or 22 weeks if it is offered as a stretched entitlement.
- 14 weeks in the Autumn term if funding is offered term-time only or 17 weeks if it is offered as a stretched entitlement.
- 11 weeks in the Spring term, if funding is offered term-time only or 13 weeks if it is offered as a stretched entitlement.
Please note the number of weeks in a term can change, which will reflect on the number of funded hours entitlement.
